Connecting Colorado offers job postings and much more at no cost to employers. CC’s database offers businesses the flexibility to post positions and then manage that announcement to fit their needs and the needs of potential candidates.
While administering their job posting, employers also have the ability to reach out to job seekers whom they believe fit the criteria they are looking for. Once registered, a business is able to access additional no-cost services such as job assessments for potential candidates, hiring events held weekly, and job fairs offered throughout the year.
“Once they discover it,” said Tuck, “employees see that there is nothing to lose and so much to gain.” She noted that establishing an account and starting the recruitment process is easy.
